Villa Kismet, is a luxurious 5 bedroom home, complete with a large, salt water, heated infinity pool and panoramic sea views. The Villa is divided between the main house and private annex, comfortably sleeping 12/13 people with 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges/full equipped kitchen and private terrace and balcony areas. The Villa has landscaped gardens and barbecue area with outside dining tables, sun loungers and umbrellas, where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The pool area facilities include WiFi, cool water dispenser and outside shower. There is also a large roof terrace with comfortable seating under a pergola, offering unobstructed, panoramic views of the sea, Kalamar Bay, the islands & mountains. It is is ideally located on a quiet, no through road in the residential area of Kalamar Bay, with easy access to the nearby Beach Clubs, less than 10 minutes walking distance and other local cafes, shops and necessary amenities. Kalkan Town Centre and Harbour is only 25 minute walk away (or 3 minute taxi drive) with a huge choice of restaurants, cocktail bars, night clubs and shopping. The beautiful sandy beaches of Kaputas and Patara are only a short, scenic drive away

The Villa is well placed for visiting many historical sites and walking the ancient Lycian Way. This part of the Lycian Peninsula is home to the spectacular sites of Patara, Letoon, Xanthos and the 18km canyon of the Saklikent Gorge, all within 15-30 minutes drive. Scuba-diving, sailing, boat trips, canoeing, kayaking, horse riding, paragliding, historical and archeological tours can all be arranged in Kalkan. You can also visit the nearby towns of Kas (20 mins) and Fethiye (40 mins), the mountain villages of Islamlar with its trout farm restaurants and Bezirgan, a traditional Turkish village. Please be aware that Kalkan and surrounding area is set on an incline with cobbled streets which can make walking difficult for the elderly, those with limited mobility or children in push chairs. Some of the roads to and from the apartment are hilly and unmade but cheap and safe taxi services are available.
