The flat is located at the hearth of hippest quarter and 100 meters distance to Galata Tower which is one of its most vibrant and culturally significant areas; neo-classical architecture and winding streets attract savvy Istanbulites who come here to shop, eat, party and drink. Many historical sites to visit in the area including the Galata Tower and also Dervish whirling dance show every weekend near by. Both the building and the apartment itself are spectacular -- high ceilings, marble staircases, original hardwood floors. Originally worked on by Armenian stone masters. Floor : On the 1st floor (not street level). Suitable for elderley people and kids. Stairs are quite wide. Elevator not available. Most well known Mevlana (Rumi's) house is one-minute distance.
