Continental Apartments is owned by Amasten, a real estate company dedicated to providing quality accomodation for our customers, whether it be a short stay or a lifelong home.

The house that Continental is situated in was originally built in 1918 as a candy factory owned by Z Hirschfeldt, which later on was one of the ones who ran the venerable Hotel Knaust. During the 1940s, the house was rebuilt and the Hotel Continental started. Continental remained as a hotel until 2007 when it closed and the last hotel guests left the building. In 2012 began the renovation of some old hotel room that was converted into modern furnished room and in late 2013 Continental was transformed into the company apartment hotel that currently exists in the property.

Continental Apartments is situated in the city centre of the beautiful Sundsvall with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If you like running or gym you have many tracks and gyms very close the apartments. A suggestion is to pay a visit to Restaurant RÅ which is situated in the same building and is a cosy place and nice food.
