Sunny Place Garsoniera -posibilitate self check in apartments are one bedroom apartments completely new renovated that offer accommodation in Craiova. Set on the 10th floor of an old complex building from 1969 they offer features panoramic views of the city and are 1 km away from the city centre and from the Electroputere MALL. The units can be accessed by 2 small lifts. They have a small kitchenette with an induction stove, a washing machine, a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. Kitchenware is also available. They have private bathrooms at the property. Fresh towels and bed linen, soap, hair dryer and sleepers are available. Cable TV and free internet is featured. A mini nonstop market, two fast food restaurants, an ATM and a pharmacy are set on the ground floor. Carrefour market and an exchange house are available within a short walk from the property. A bus and tram station and a non-stop taxi station can be found near the property. Guests can find public parking spots in the surrounding area at the price of 0.50 eurocents per day that can be payed through TPARK application or SMS at 7420. Craiova International Airport is at 5 km from the property and the Railway station at 2 km.

We are located in a very old building in Craiova built in 1969. The apartments are on the 10th floor with 2 small working elevators The apartments are completely new renovated and they are an open, modern space equipped with all necessary for a trip. Small kitchenette with a wash machine, an induction stove, a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, cutlery and dishes to fix a light meal, glasses, cups. Public parking spots around the building. Parking tax for visitors is 2 lei per day. Download the TPARK application or send SMS to 7402 and pay for it. Non stop hot water, central heating, air conditioning, isolated walls,. Hangers for your clothes, a flat iron, sleepers, hand soap, towels
I am very sociable host, fluent in English also quite good in spoken Italian, Spanish and French. I know the town and all its best parts very well. You can always ask me questions and I will help you as much as I can.
"Rotonda" area is zone NO 1 in Craiova. Public parking around the building on the street 2..5 lei city tax per day. Airport is 10 minutes drive by taxi (20 lei) or by bus no 9 ( 3 lei) you can buy tickets in the bus with your contactless card The train station is 5 minutes drive ( 9 lei). The address is CALEA BUCURESTI no 38. A restaurant Gospodina TE RA, non stop Fast Food El Greco, a nonstop mini market, a pharmacy, a bank ATM/ BRD, groceries stores., a supermarket Carefor, a non stop taxi station, an exchange house, a pizza restaurant Kasho. 12 to 15 minutes walk for pleasure or a 3 minutes taxi drive to downtown “Old Town” with lots of bars, restaurants and night clubs The town's mall : "Electroputere" ( 12 minutes walking ) relaxing "Botanical Garden" (Gradina Botanica) ( 5 minutes by taxi/ 10 lei) or "Romanescu Park" ( Parcul Nicolae Romanescu) ( 5 minutes by taxi / 10 lei) Best restaurants in town are at a walking distance 2 - 15 minutes towards downtown such as Mc Donalds, German Kebab, Kasho C House Milano( italian),, 12 ( Tapas), Big Ben ( English) X time, and many more others located dowtown.
