The beds are very big , the bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with medium firm boxspring mattres and soft 4 pillows ( 2 feathers and 2 antialergic ) will ofer you a more than pleasant rest in the 180x200 bed size. The livingroom couch it’s huge, aproximately 320x 160 extenden. It can easily accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. In case you need extra beds we have a baby cot and also a topper/mattress witch you can lie down on the hard wood parquet. We also provide a baby food chair for the comfort of the small ones also. The apartament has 2 balconies, the bigger one is accesible trough the bedroom. It’s a closed balcony with windows so you can easily store your big luggages and bags , strollers/bike and regarding the weather they will be fine. The other one it’s comunicating with the living area, smaller but you can enjoy the seaview and a glass of wine. In the bedroom you can have a “office space” for working days, ment to be used for remote work, pens and papers . The parquet is very fine solid oak wood , and on the hallway and bathroom you have a fully marble area. The bathroom is very big with double sinks and a large counter top, bidet and large shower.

As is very clear from the location you are very close to the Neversea Festival and Zoom Beach . The Zoom beach is very wide and nice, lounge music during the day, and some events/concerts/club during the night ( sometimes in the high season open air cinema on the beach ). On Zoom beach you have a beach GYM, a kite sport center. Next to the Zoom beach there are so many beaches with playgrounds equipments for the children directly on the sand. Even if you are so close to so many activities and events don’t worry. I promise you there will be no noise in your apartament during your stay. The apartament is in a very good and safe neighborhood, the street ends up in a beach acces and numerous villas. Our building has CCTV cameras and the other bulding and villas in the area have security 24/7. You have also across the road one nice supermarket with food serving and butcher( Pinos ), a Mega Image shop and a delicious cake shop ( Miss baker ). The acces to the beach you can see it from you living room balcony, so it’s just a few steps away.
