If you are looking for a place to stay in bucharest, this is the one. We chose this apartment because it is located in an area where we are looking for an apartment for a long rent. And we are so lucky that we got to know the owner of this place, Goerge, a kind, generous and loves to help. I can say that there are good people in this world. Thank u george for every thing. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything a person needs, close to the metro station and many shops.

NewTown Bucharest Apartment is a modern wide and bright 65sqm apartment with 18 sqm of terrace, made up of a hallway, a spacious living room, large bedroom with extraconfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, furnished and equipped to make quests to feel like home. Excellent position, amenities and service, suitable for both type of guests business or leisure. Very good connections to anywhere in town. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, dishes, glasses, toaster, gas hob, electric owen, dish washing machine, laundry machine, kettle, fridge, worktop. The area includes a dining table with high chairs. Living room has modern furniture , large sofa which can be transformed very easy in a comfy Queen size bed, 100 cm flat screen tv and a small desk/work friendly area. Bedroom has an 160cm/200cm bed with super comfortable mattress and bed linen, 100 cm flat screen tv, huge wardrobe and a dressing table. All rooms have split A/C units, individual boiler for heating and hot water, wooden floor and carpets. Digital tv channels and high speed Free WiFi. Cozy 18 sqm terrace equipped with outdoor chairs and table.
We will be proud to have you as our guests and to give you a touch of Romanian hospitality. We will be as present as you need. We will be happy to help you plan your trip and give you suggestion on things to do or places to see in Bucharest and Romania. You can count on us 24/7! If you travel by car, private parking space in underground is available with easy access to lifts for luggage. If you travel by airplane, transfer from and to Bucharest airport can be arranged.
Baba Novac/Dristor area in sector 3 is 10 min by metro, 10 min by car and 25 min walk from the center of Bucharest and the popular Old Town area. Public transport in the area is excellent and includes the 2 main metro lines of Bucharest, Dristor 1 and Dristor 2 metro stations within 1 min walk from the property. Taxis, Trams, Buses and Trolley Buses are present within 3 min walk distance. Also access by car is very easy coming to property or going out from property to the center or the other areas of Bucharest. At the ground floor of the property there is a Carreffour Market open daily from 7 am to 11 pm where you can do your shopping for groceries. Park Lake Mall, Mega Mall and Vitan Mall shopping centers are within 15 min walking distance from the property. Also, you will find plenty of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops in the area within walking distance. If you want to have your morning jogging or evening walk, just 10 min walk and you will find one of the biggest and attractive parks and lakes from Bucharest, IOR park. The area is green, very safe and the closest police station or City Hall for district 3 is 5 min walk distance
