In a completely different way, this loft is charming and very welcoming in a traditional building and it has been now totally renovated and decorated with a modern style, with some vintage details. Based on a concept of innovative refurbishment, this loft is all coated with OSB, a raw material consisting of small pieces of wood and from sustainable growth forests, which serves as a thermal and acoustic insulator. This allows the house to become cool in summer and warm in winter with high level of soundproofing. Comfortably furnished with all holiday requirements, in this ground floor apartment you will find everything you need to relax and spend some days visiting and wondering around Lisboa. To be in touch with the world, we provide TV with cable channels, internet wi-fi, (unlimited high speed internet at no extra cost) and Hi Fi to listen to some music. Beddings & towels are provided, cleaned & changed by a professional cleaner, changed after every check-out.

The house is situated in one of the 7 famous Lisbon hills, it´s next to Torel Palace, a luxury hotel, and to Lavra Funicular, the older portuguese lift, classified as a National Monument, that takes you directly to Avenida da Liberdade, one of the most famous streets in Lisbon. Area of Palaces and magnificent gardens, a few meters away from the apartment you can find the “Jardim-Miradouro do Torel”, a romantic garden, vestige of an ancient farmhouse of the XVIII century, where you can enjoy a quiet moment with a great view of Lisboa. Also, less than 5 minutes away you have Campo dos Mártires da Pátria, a panoramic square with a shady garden in the center, around which align several buildings of good architecture, such as the Faculty of Medicine and the Patriarchal Palace. There are also some lakes, surrounded by ducks, chickens and roosters, a very busy beer garden, and a children's garden. Lisbon, famous for its unique light, atmosphere and climate enables wonderful trips to be made throughout various parts of the city – on foot, by car or by public transportation.
