Following our passion for traveling and interior design, we founded THE L living homes, a family company dedicated to hospitality. THE L living was born from the desire to bring charming old houses back to life with a new sense of purpose and a stylish approach. The interiors are playful and reflect our heartfelt passion for design, creating comfortable spaces where guests can unwind from their busy lives and make happy memories.

Welcome to THE L lodge... a perfect place for two persons. The house is beautifully furnished with some of the brands we love most. We love pampering our guests so, as a complimentary service, we indulge all of your senses with Aesop skincare products, Kusmi Tea, Nespresso coffee capsules and a few more surprises. Please enjoy... An open space first floor with: a stylish kitchen, totally equipped, where you can easily cook all your meals; a cosy dining/living room where you can enjoy your meals or simply relax, watch a movie or read one of the books from our curated selection; a modern bathroom where you can have a revitalizing bath in the walk-in shower and then wrap yourself in our soft organic cotton bathrobes. A second floor accessible by an industrial ladder with a mezzanine bedroom with a comfy queen bed (160×200 cm). An outdoor area with: a front porch with a large table for al fresco dining and a Weber barbecue; a relaxing area with built-in benches, HAY outdoor furniture and a Skagerak fire bowl; a large garden with an exterior shower, HAY Palissade chaises longues and a cool spot to watch the sunset and relax comfortably in the Ferm Living Desert lounge chairs.

A peaceful retreat in the countryside where you can have a slow life, enjoy nature and only 7 minute drive from Ribeira Brava or Ponta do Sol. Big chain supermarket at Ribeira Brava at 7 minute drive. Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol beaches are at a distance of 7 minute drive. Funchal downtown is 20 minutes by car.
