In the heart of the city, this house has a terrace at the back, with table and chairs, where you can admire the stars or enjoy several outdoor dinners. Despite being in the heart of Aveiro's most typical neighbourhood, the Seaside House, sleeps in a quiet artery, away from the hustle and bustle of the night. This nice and unique refuge is the size of our dreams. Conceived with a touch of charm, it was added the special touch of the people of Aveiro, tricanas and marnotos, the blue of the sky and the brightness of the lagoon.

With well-defined characteristics, the picturesque Beira-Mar neighbourhood is the visiting card of Aveiro. The fishing neighbourhood is an integral part of the genetic code of the city with its colour and liveliness. This ground-floor neighbourhood, with tiled facades and well-lined houses, rests between the main canals of the lagoon, two minutes away from the cafes, supermarkets, bakeries, the busiest bars and restaurants in the city, the lively fish market, and the beautiful Rossio Gardens. It is located less than 100 meters on foot from the canals of the lagoon, the main attraction of the city, where you can take a ride on a moliceiro (the typical boat of the city). Less than 200 meters away, you will find Praça do Peixe, where the best restaurants, bars and entertainment are located. A 10-minute drive away is the famous Costa Nova beach with its listed cottages and Barra beach.
