The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building with elevator, free parking and an amazing view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. Ideal for families or a group of friends looking to rest in a privileged but very quiet and safe area of Lisbon! Next to the building is the D. Pedro V auditorium, so on performance days, there may be some noise from activity and music. The apartment has one bedroom featuring 2 Small Double-Beds (120 cm x 190 cm / 4'0'' x 6'3'') and Air Conditioning. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. The living room offers a TV with cable connection, air conditioning, a sofa and a splendid view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. The living room also has a dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
