The house is about 200 meters from Praia dos Reis Magos, a picturesque cove where the tradition of a small fishing community has given way to an attractive tourist hub, hotels, bars, restaurants, a diving center and a beach that captivates not only bathers but also practicing water sports especially windsurfing. The Reis Magos Beach is located in Canico de Baixo, a tourist town that gained projection with the arrival of hundreds of foreign nationals, especially in central Europe (Germany and Austria) and since the 70s have settled here. In terms of accessibility, the Caniço de Baixo is located 15 minutes from Madeira International Airport and 15 minutes from Funchal. Even in front of the apartment Magi View building there is a bus stop that connects to Funchal. Well served by roads (near the highway), the Magi View apartment is a great place to design a car to any point on the island and to stand the sound of the ocean waves.
