Staying at Príncipe Real Sunny Apartment will be a remarkable experience in your trip to Lisbon! The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator. It's absolutely perfect for families and small groups of friends looking for a nice stay in Lisbon in a traditional and emblematic neighbourhood. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. The living room has a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The balcony is perfect to start the day with a light meal for two or with your family before going out to explore the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

A certain vitality in the shops and streets contrasts nicely with the antiques and preserved facades of the buildings.
