Sunny house on the heart of Oporto. The 1950's house is completely renewed and part of the historic Porto downtown. All is at a walking distance, but also public transports and metro station nearby (Trindade and Lapa Stations). The apartment is located in the third floor without elevator. It is legally registered as a short term rental in the Portuguese tourism office, registration nº: 84067/AL The apartment has 80 square meters and can welcome up to 7 guests. Is composed by three bedrooms (one with a balcony), a living room with a sofa bed, a big corridor connecting the different spaces, one fully equipped kitchen, one complete bathroom and a laundry room with a waching machine. There is also a dryer machine in the building for free usage. The house is ideal for 6 guests but can accomodate up to 7. For 7 people it will be prepared one extra bed in one of the rooms.

I will be available to give advice on places to eat and shop, and to answer any questions you might have. Anything that is necessary during your stay I will be available at a distance of a call or message.

The area is at a 7 minutes walk distance from the Porto city hall and the main square. Night life is at 7 minutes walking distance. Nearby you will have supermarket, coffeshop, bakery, pharmacy, police station, private parking (paid), etc. There is also at 1 minute walk a street with all the antique shops. The house is in downtown so you can get to know Porto by foot. There is also public transportations (metro Lapa station, Trindade station and bus) nearby. It is possible to park on the street but because it is Porto center it is paid and sometimes it is necessary to look for the spot. Right next to the house (Rua dos Bragas number 64) there is a private garage that is open from 8h to 20h so if you choose to leave the car during the night you can only get it again at 8h and it is necessary to leave the car keys as well. The prices are: 24 hours is 12.50 euros. From 20h to 8h is 2.50 euros. From 8h to 20h is 10.80 euros.
