OLD FENCE STUDIOS - BY MAYORAL are located in Lisbon, in Alfama district. In addition to being centrally located, it´s one of Lisbon’s most historic neighborhoods! The studios’s decor, facilities and service will definitely provide you an unforgettable stay! We are not an hotel, we have 5 studios inside a historic building and we have no 24h reception, but we are always in direct contact with our guests and they are welcome in a family atmosphere. We try to make our standard of good communication excellent. After booking is made, we send our welcome email and start to help, from that point, our guests having a fabulous stay in Lisbon! All the studios were recently renovated, combine comfort and modern-day luxuries with the pleasure and privilege of being in a centrally located historic building. Check-in may be done face-to-face but, if not possible, will be done without direct contact, by collecting the keys from a key box at the building. At the moment there is a construction on the street that may affect the view and the quietness during working hours.

Treat yourself to a few days living among the locals in lovely Alfama, one of Lisbon’s historic residential neighborhoods, where you may get lost through the alleys, sat in a traditional House of Fado or just enjoy a fine glass of wine while eating grilled sardines! That is magic!
