It`s a sunny villa in Verdizela, beside Aroeira and Charneca da Caparica, a residential area in a pine forest, perfect to enjoy nature, or walks, and is just 20 km away from Lisbon, 5 minutes away from the white sand beaches, “Fonte da Telha to Costa da Caparica” and near Aroeira Golf Club, with two 18 hole golf courses. You can enjoy the garden with a magnificent sun exposure and dining area, make pleasant meals in the barbecue, relax in the sun beds or use the various games and amusements like: table tennis, trampoline and bicycles, all included. The saltwater pool, (10mx4m) is private and has two depth levels, it goes from 1m deep until 2,2m deep in the Jump board side. - We are in an annexed part of the house, basically in the basement (with a private entrance through the front) You will have total privacy in the house and the entire pool and garden for your use only.

You can find, a little commercial area with some shops like coffees, butcher, grocery, etc, as well has a park with tennis and padel courts in 400m distance.
