A brand new building situated in a lively area of Lisbon 5 min away from Picoas Metro Station and with easy access to the whole city. You can walk to Parque Eduardo VII, Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade in 6 min. Focusing on a modern and trendy design, our flat is decorated with real pop art paintings and features streaming services such as NETFLIX in the living room and in the bedroom. We love design and art but we also like to be comfortable and relax after walking through Lisbon. That is why we have chosen pieces of furniture that are comfortable and cozy. Our flat also features a 65" TV, an Apple TV and a NAIM bluetooth speaker. The uniqueness of this flat is that it is situated in an area with less tourists giving you a more local 'lisboeta' experience. Originally from Angola and the North of Portugal, this is our family's flat of choice when we decide to stay in Lisbon. It is located in a calm residential neighbourhood with many local restaurants, cafes and so on. 5 min away from Picoas Metro Station (Yellow Line) and with easy access to the whole city. You can walk to Parque Eduardo VII, Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade in 6 min. Just below the apartment, a very good Ramen Restaurant called Ajitama serves many locals and tourists alike. The apartment is 5 min away from all main transportation methods but you can walk to the main tourist and downtown area for only 20 minutes. The department store 'El Corte Inglês' is also only 14 minutes away. Due to the pandemic our cleaning team has implemented new cleaning procedures to achieve the Clean&Safe stamp issued by "Turismo de Portugal" So be sure we have taken mesures to protect your health when staying.
