Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

Set on the tranquil sunny hills above Calheta, and close to amenities, the present owner, Elisabeth, sympathetically restored and refurbished her great grandmothers cottages to create this lovely character air-conditioned villa. Relaxing by the tranquil pool and large barbecue area you will appreciate its traditional traits and views. The very large living space with two seating areas, dining and fully equipped kitchen are all contemporary furnished and a delight to enjoy. All bedrooms are large and benefit from en-suite bathrooms. The air-conditioned large living space runs the whole of the ground floor, and includes two separate seating areas, each with its own flat screen cable TV, a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped contemporary open-plan kitchen and features the beautiful original wood stove and oven. All doors open to the front terrace that affords wonderful views of the countryside and ocean, and includes a herb garden for guests use. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and the same wonderful views.

Levada walking and country walking are within easy access Diving, boat trips and big game fishing are available in the resort of Calheta (3Km away) Paragliding is popular in this area (5,2Km away) Coast/Beach: The resort of Calheta with its man-made yellow sand beach and marina is only 3Km away. Travel: The capital, Funchal, is an easy 30 minutes drive. The ferry from Porto Santo starts from the harbour. The airport is around 45 minutes drive (15 minutes the other side of Funchal) Distances: A mini-market and café are only 70m away. A bread delivery van passes daily by the front door. The nearest centre is 600m away with café/restaurants, petrol station, ATM cash point, bank, pharmacy and medical centre. A greater choice of cafés & restaurants, a branded supermarket and the marina are found in Calheta, 3Km away. The cosmopolitan town of Funchal, is 35 minutes by car, with full amenities and facilities, including museums.
