Please note that access to the apartment is made by steep stairs. Being an old building, it has its particularities, such as poor soundproofing. The apartment has a secular Portuguese architecture, thus having low level ceilings, not being recommended for tall people or people with low mobility. The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed and the other has two individual beds, a flat-screen TV and a balcony. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, oven microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
