The view 😍🫶 It was amazing. And the kitchen equipment. There were so much of them that I even don't have in my own kitchen. Else was like it is in the photo. But trully recomend to heat the pool. We were for two weeks, so on the first week we hoped that sun will worm the water but unfortunately it didn't. So we ordered the pool heating. And then we could really enjoy all the pleasures that the villa has ☺️

This brand new high class villa offers a private rooftop pool, breath taking ocean and mountain views and a rooftop terrace with a large barbecue area. All rooms are equipped with air condition. This modern accommodation offers a beautiful stylish interior and is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends or even couples. Villa Belmonte is located in Ponta do Sol, one of the most popular areas of the island. The 600 year old village of Ponta do Sol is full of restaurants, bars and shops. The distance to Funchal is approximately 17 km, and to the airport of Madeira its 29 km. The Villa Belmonte is situated in a quiet tranquil neighbourhood. It is approximately 8 minutes away beach of Ponta do Sol, and 1.2 km from the local supermarket. The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one with whirl pool bathtub), a smart TV with international channels, fiber WIFI (100 mbit/s.), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and american style fridge. There is a laundry area with washing machine. The villa offers a garage and lots of parking space in front of the house. Guests will surely enjoy the amazing views from every level of the house!

The pool can be heated for an additional cost. The "Estrela do Mar" is a villa full of natural light, making for wonderful atmosphere. It is decorated and furnished to meet high standards, assuring all guests a memorable experience. Air conditioned throughout, the Villa is indeed a pleasure to stay in. In the winter one can enjoy the fire place, while in the Summer the air conditioning ensures a cool atmosphere. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities, overlooks the pool, and has a stunning view of the ocean, allowing for great cooking experiences Outside, on late summer evenings, barbecuing is definitely a must, as is enjoying a late evening drink on the terrace while watching the sun set.
