Largo do Carmo is located in the Chiado area, and here you have access to the ruins of the Carmo Convent where the Carmo Archaeological Museum is currently located. In the center of the square is a Fountain built in 1771, which was supplied by the Águas Livres Aqueduct, through the Loreto Gallery. The wide is quiet and has some terraces and restaurants where you can take a break before continuing your tour. If you want, here you can have access to the viewpoint of Elevador de Santa Justa, where you will enjoy one of the best views of the city of Lisbon.
