The place is very nice and cosy. The terraces are absolutely superb. The location is optimal. Eleuterio was very clear on the info about finding the place and also getting in. There is a supermarket right nextdoor which is so convenient. The kitchen is fully equiped, we had breakfast and dinner there almost daily. There is also a hair drier in the bathroom. You can see the sea from up there, the port, the sunrise. We were very pleased,

Central is the word that best describes the location of these apartment, right in the historical center of the city of Ponta Delgada. Enjoy staying within walking distance of the city's main attractions and conveniences: historic sights and gardens, the Mercado, Portas do Mar, public pools, transportation, restaurants and supermarkets. This comfortable one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the top floor (3rd)enjoys views of the sea and mountains. Facing South has a balcony where you can enjoy the sea view and the North terrace where you can find a table and chairs. It's always nice to enjoy a meal outdoors in the sunniest days or even just a drink while relaxing and reminds all beauty seen during the past day ... The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, can be a simple breakfast or more elaborate dinner. Towels are provided in an appropriate amount for the staying time, if you need more just ask. Cleaning is weekly with a change of bed linen and towels. 32'' flat screen TV, access to international channels(cable TV), very good wifi.
My name is Eleutério and I'm an entrepreneur from Ponta Delgada in São Miguel island. I receive every guest as I would one of my friends with great joy and pride to show the best that this Island has to offer. It easy understand why I became a guide in my loved island. I like meeting new people, experience different cultures, sample the local cuisine, learn the language and customs. I'm also interested in diving and underwater photography. I taken on this new adventure of being an host. I have been hosting since February 2011, and so far it has been a great joy and pleasure to host all the guests that came from various countries and cities that decided to stay at our lovely apartment in Ponta Delgada.
