"Casa Portuguesa" is a comfortable house, just 500 meters from Coelha beach and 4 km from Albufeira. It is a very nice place where you can be sure that you will have a good time. The house is located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and has a terrace overlooking the sea. It also has a balcony with barbecue under a good shade with dining and rest area, a living room with fireplace (off), 2 double bedrooms (both with sea view) + 1 bedroom on the roof (with direct access to the terrace which has panoramic view), 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet with shower. 1. In the 60's, our family was the first to explore the south coast of Portugal, from Lisbon, and to visit a large number of practically unexplored beaches. We traveled in a small "roullote" along the Algarve coast, having the opportunity to visit a vast and magnificent variety of beaches and natural paradises. In the 70's we finally decided to settle in Praia da Coelha, located just 4 km from the city of Albufeira, on a beautiful beach that became our favorite destination. It was time to rest the old "roullote" and rent a house in this unique place. Later we bought a house even closer to the beach and later built another house to embrace local tourism in this tempting region, namely offering comfortable accommodation in a perfect and sunny location for those who wish to enjoy both the beautiful Coelha Beach and from the beautiful countryside around the house.

"Casa Portuguesa" is located in a well-preserved area. The beautiful beach "Praia da Coelha" is within walking distance (5 minutes). The neighborhood is select and extremely safe for people and properties. You can expect to find friendly neighbors! It is close to the center of Albufeira (4 km), considered as the tourist capital of Portugal. There are excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and you will certainly enjoy the local gastronomy (for example, the restaurant "O Marinheiro", 100 meters from the house) and many other attractions nearby: tennis court (200 m), golf course ( 4 km), horse riding (4 km), canoeing, diving, etc. in the marina of Albufeira (3 km). As you can see, it will be good to enjoy both the beautiful beach and the landscape around the Casa Portuguesa, where the beautiful cliffs invite you to make pleasant walks! Access to Praia da Coelha is done through a short and pleasant path (just 500 meters from the sandy beach), along a path through olive groves, carob trees, bamboos and other types of vegetation.
