This brand new luxury penthouse apartment(58m2) with one room,on the 2nd floor,with two big terraces(12m2 +12m2) It´s in a perfect location between Lagos and Luz. It´s located very close(3kms) to main beaches and city center by car,5 minutes. The ideal place for couples looking to spend some quite and relaxing time! The living room has cable TV. Internet throughout the house. Bathroom towels are provided. Bed sheets for your bed and sofa bed are provided Hair dryer,hand liquid soap and 2 rolls of toilet papper. The way you see your apartment in the pictures,is exactly the way you will find your apartment. Luxury swedich bed (180cms x200cms) and sofa-bed (140cmsx200cms) Air conditonining in your Bedroom and Living Room. The window in your bathroom and one in your living room have mosquito net. The windows in your bedroom,have eletrical shutters,100% blackout. Outside of your apartment ,is a washing and dryer machine. Is essential to have a car,and you can park your car in the front of your door .(free parking) I have 4 more apartments in the same building,all difrent. Just take a look to see which one is more suitable for you :)
My name is Miguel, I worked on cruise ships for 11 years,i always liked the hospitality business,i had always a dream to have my own business,so I dicide to built 5 apartments(all with one room),they were ready in April 2018, all different. My father had 5 names and surnames in total,Carlos Manuel Martins Belchior Lopes,so i made one apartment for each name of his. I hope you like them, and enjoy your vacations in one of them. I am always available on whatsapp and i live near by,if you need any assistance,i will be more then happy to help you. I will do my best to make your vacation the best as possible :)
The neighbourhood of your apartment,is very calm and relaxing.Is a high quality neighbourhood. it´s in a perfect location between Lagos and Luz. It´s located very close to main beaches,supermarkets and city center by car 3 kms .(5mins). Is a street without no exit. Is essential to have a car,and you can park your car in the front of your door .(free parking) The ideal place for couples looking to spend some quite and relaxing time! No partys are alowed.
