Check-ins after 9pm are subjected to a 15eur and after 11pm to 30eur charge to be paid in cash on arrival just to cover the transportation home afterwards. The apartment is cleaned by professional cleaners. Be safe and protect yourself by not leaning or seating over windows, balconies or handrails. All windows and doors must be closed when not in the apartment or when raining occurs. Keep building door and apartment door closed and locked when away from the apartment.

This charming and modern duplex property, located in Chiado, on the 5th floor of the building, is a mix of history and modernity. You will feel the history in the building and in the surrounding area and you will have all the comfort of a modern house inside the apartment.! It has two spacious and bright bedrooms, one ensuite, with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with a twin size bed, Both of them have a big wardrobe. In the first floor you will also find a wide and super confortable living room with a dining area and super modern kitchenette. Here you will find interesting and peculiar details in the decoration, In the first floor, there is a small area with a sofa and a sofa cama for two, a bathroom and a small balcony with a breathtaking view!! For a comfortable stay all the first floor has air conditioning and heating. - The neighborhood is under some work construction, so during 9a.m and 6p.m you will listen some noise. -

The apartment is located in Chiado, The shopping hub of Lisbon. This vibrant and cosmopolitan area hosts a variety of charming old bookshops, local and major international fashion brand outlets, restaurants, and café´s. In fact, the Café Brasileira, one of the oldest café's in the city, can be found here. Chiado neighbors Baixa. Baixa is an elegant district that contains the grid of streets north of the famous Praça do Comércio, between Cais do Sodré, and the Alfama district beneath the São Jorge Castle. It then extends northwards towards the Rossio and Figueira squares, and one of the most important avenues in Lisbon, the 1100m long Avenida da Liberdade. The best way to describe Bairro Alto is mentioning the happy environment, the parties, and many different bars, not forgetting the locals and visitors filling up the traffic-free streets. Chiado is an attractive neighborhood that extends to Cais de Sodré and Bairro Alto and although it was once only known for its unoccupied buildings now has become a serious shopping and cultural area. It is a residential neighborhood, with colorful mansions, gardens and a couple of the city's most tranquil squares.
