## The space Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions! Fitted with two plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. Through the living room, you will find access to the outdoor patio where you can grab breakfast in the morning! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. All 3 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed, two single beds, and a single bed (with a pullover bed underneath) respectively. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Please note that this is a residential building and no music or loud noise is allowed from 10 PM. Also, we don't allow access to the patio after 10 PM since it causes trouble with the neighbours....

## The neighborhood The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest suburbs, located on top of her highest hill, a few blocks north-east of the Castelo de Sao Jorge and just up the hill from São Vincente de Fora Monastery. The neighbourhood, which centres around the Lago da Graça (the number 28 tram stops here), boasts some of the most spectacular views in Lisbon. The most famous viewpoint is the Miradouro de Santa Graca, which offers up the whole of central Lisbon and the castle to the north. Graça itself is a charming place whose own narrow streets are brimming with cake shops and restaurants, mostly frequented by locals. ## Getting around My home is easily accessible by public transport. - The nearest tram line is the R. Graça (28E) is 7-mins away. The number 28 Lisbon tram connects Martim Moniz with Campo Ourique, and passes through the popular tourist districts of Graca, Alfama, Baixa and Estrela. - Another tram stop, R. Palma (28E) is also just 7-mins away on foot. - Several buses service the area. Lisbon Portela Airport is a 15 mins drive from the apartment.
