Fantastic apartment ,very central, quiet with Air-conditioning and elevator. Located in Baixa the heart of Downtown Pombalina, one of the oldest most charismatic and beautiful districts of Lisbon. Going out of the apartment you have everything you need: all kind of transportation, supermarkets,bakeries, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, theaters ,museums, parking, night life, art galleries, monuments. This charming apartment is located in Rua da Prata, one of the most important streets of Downtown, connecting Praça da Figueira to the river, in the Praça do Comercio. Enjoy the historic center of Lisbon and the charm of an old building recently full recovered & renovated, with lots of natural light and visit all historical area of the city on foot. In addition to enjoying all of what the Prata 103 apartment has to offer, you can also have a real experience of local ways of life. The location of this apartment is perfect because although it is nestled in a quiet and traditional residential area, it is very central and in a walking distance from all Lisbon touristic attraction. Located between Lisbon's hills, Baixa stretches from the Praça do Comércio by the riverfront to the Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon's main boulevard. In 1755 the area was totally destroyed by a devastating earthquake and totally rebuilt by Marquês de Pombal. Baixa is the most central and renowned neighborhood in Lisbon, where the majority of the shops and leisure activities can be found. The district has large classical avenues flanked by houses covered in tiles and patterned pavements, in typical Lisbon style. Perfect place to explore the landmark city squares of Rossio and Praça do Comércio or to relax by the river. I´m as flexible as possible about check-in & check-out but check-in is normally after 3pm and check-out at 11am. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Please note that there will be cleaning in progress Enjoy your stay!
