This beautiful and elegant apartment is located in one of the noble zones of the city of Caniço, near the beach and the pleasant Reis Magos promenade. This property has the best to you, starting with the view for the blue ocean, visible in several rooms of this apartment. With two bedrooms, both with a double bed and one with an en suite bathroom, the property can accommodate a maximum of six people, using the sofa bed available in the living room. The lightness of the furniture and the good natural lighting, fills this nice property. A beautiful view deserves a good balcony and this apartment has two. One with access from the bedroom where you can take a sunbathe and another with access from the living room where you can dine with the Atlantic Ocean as background. Finally, to have a great vacation, do not forget to take one or several dives at the swimming pool shared by the condo. If you would like to rent-a-car, you can park in the place available in the building. It has all the amenities to make your holidays calm and relaxing!

The city of Caniço is between Madeira Airport and Funchal, the main city of Madeira. With several places of interest, the city is known for its calm and the 'Reis Magos' beach, which is close to the apartment. This area has a beautiful promenade, which makes the connection of the sea and the land in perfect harmony. The building is situated about a kilometer from this fantastic promenade, ideal for a walk on summer evenings and winter afternoons or to enjoy the beach during the hottest days. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or with international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can travel to the center of the village of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping center with a medium-sized supermarket.
