Everything was absolutely amazing. We stayed nearly one month and we loved it. Apartment is big, super clean and there is a lot of light. WiFi was super fast and everything worked. There was also everything you need for cooking.

Spectacular 1 bedroom flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view and inserted in an excellent private condominium with 3 swimming pools (2 outdoor and one indoor), 2 tennis courts, squash, outdoor grill area and garden for sunbathing by the pool. Located just 5 minutes walk from the beach of Praia da Rocha. Comprising a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI. The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony overlooking Praia da Rocha. The accommodation is in an area where you can enjoy your holiday without noise and disturbances, being ideal to relax with your family and/or friends. Within walking distance of the flat there are supermarkets, gyms, bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. The accommodation has a specific parking space (for small cars) in the building's garage. ################################################################################################## The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days booking). The meter reading at the entrance and exit is taken to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u. If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
