The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a great balcony overlooking the Tagus river (perfect for a warming breakfast or a romantic dinner). This is the perfect location for those looking to get lost in one of Lisbon's most exciting and typical neighborhoods! The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June. Alfama is also a very touristic and lively area. Be aware that it can be very busy and noise can be expected! Recently renovated apartment in Alfama - the most typical neighborhood in Lisbon. The apartment is in a 2nd floor, with no elevator, but with a beautiful solid-wood stairway. The apartment gets tons of light during the day and has the truly amazing Alfama feeling. The apartment's street is restricted for cars, only Taxis are allowed. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen-size bed and the other, interior (no windows to the outside), with a double-bed. The apartment has a bathroom with shower. The living room has a Flat-Screen TV and a sofa next to the balcony and its nice view over the neighborhood and the Tagus River. The dining room has space for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
