Apartments located in one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods of Lisbon - Alfama. These cozy apartments invite you to experience the essence of this ancient neighborhood, where narrow cobblestone streets wind through centuries-old buildings, creating an atmosphere that is both timeless and vibrant. The building, like many in this historic neighborhood, is old and has its own peculiarities such as poor soundproofing and an outdated plumbing system. Access to the apartment is via steep stairs. Please note that the bathrooms are small and not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Alfama is a tourist area, known for its bustling activity throughout the day, so noise is to be expected. Please also note that there is a restaurant right next to the building. In this area, the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this is a period of extreme activity and noise in the streets! During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
