Bez Kantów Boutique Rooms is a small boutique hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw – in the Old Town. You will find us in the corner of Królewska and Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in a historic tenement commonly called "Dom bez Kantów” which means “House without Edges”. The name was inspired by the shape of a building which actually has round edges instead of normal ones. Bez Kantów Boutique Rooms is situated in an spacious apartment which was converted into a small hotel. Bez Kantów Boutique Rooms consists of seven unique rooms. Each of them has its individual look and design. You can find there a combination of modern design and original but renovated furniture from 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Rooms are decorated with paintings made by young Polish painters. Each guest can prepare himself a cup of coffee, tea or taste some Polish candies. We also welcome our residents with a bottle of Polish apple cider.

Bez Kantów is located in the heart of Warsaw. In the neighbourhood of our hotel you can find many amusements. Saxon Garden and Piłsudski Square are only few minutes from the hotel and are great places for active relax such as walks, skating or biking. On the other side of Krakowskie Przedmieście Street there is a small park called Twardowski Square and a church from 18th century. The main building and the campus of University of Warsaw, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the Presidential Palace are also worth visiting especially due to the fact that everything is situated nearby. If you want to see the Old Town Market Place or go shopping on Nowy Świat Street, walking there will take you few minutes. Planning a lunch or a dinner will not be a problem hence Krakowskie Przedmieście and Nowy Świat Streets have plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs with cuisine from all over the world.
