The property is a nice older wood house that is perfect located in the area of Blomsterdalen. The calm and no stress suroundings are availabel few kilometer from the Bergen Airport. We have a big land around the house that was in the 1950 a small farm with few animals. We have now 7000 m2 land around so it is very calm without to much view from other area. THe great viev of the smal lake in front of us is very cozy. You can easly walk to the sea few kilometers away, here you can do fishing or just enjoy the views. There is the bus stop few hundred meters from the house and if you would enjoy the newer citytrain to Bergen centrum you can walk about 2 kilometers.

Blomsterdalen is a calm and nice area with big land area and some spreed buildings like a villa area. There is great acces to the sea, woods and typical family surroundings. Within short distance you can find the Aboretet that is a very nice park with one of the biggest RHODONDRON collections. This is a botanical must see place and you can walk for hours. They also have a modern garden area inspired by Japan. Blomsterdalen is quit and but so near all the facilities. From the very nice area Hjellestad by the sea you have option to take a ferry to Sotra and Klokkarvik. With car you can reacy Bergen city by 20-25 minuttes.
