What a perfect place to stay. And our host Matt was magnificent. Personal service at the best. Such a wonderful place to stay, right in the middle of everything, but still so quiet and nice. I have travelled a lot, and if you are looking for something different than a regular hotel, THIS IS IT. Beautiful rooms with sweet details and offers. This stay can be recommended to the fullest and we will never stay anywhere else next time we travel to Amsterdam. Thank you so much for your service.

The breakfast here is sterling quality (fresh fruit and yoghurt, sourdough toast with salmon/bagel, and a warm croissant too if you’re lucky), and the inn was incredibly welcoming throughout which made our stay very enjoyable. The neighborhood is central which makes travelling easier (we did everything by foot) and the bed was also very comfy to let us recover after a long day. I personally appreciated the high quality facilities, even things like Aesop products (lush smell), Dyson hair dryer, good bedding, and the lovely room scent - it just makes your holiday that much more pleasant. I travelled with my mother and she also had an excellent experience here. I would come back here!

This was the perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. Matt is such a funny and gracious host. He cooked us amazing breakfast every morning and there were treats in our room. Our room was extremely comfortable and is in an excellent location. Super easy to take the train to the main central station and then walk to the Inn. We felt like we were staying with a good friend or neighbor and got to pretend we were locals in the area. Would highly recommend this place and am definitely staying here again.

Our stay at The Lastage Inn was perfect. The photos on here don't do the rooms justice as they were larger and nicer than we even expected. They were also clean and we are quite particular about cleanliness so there were standards to be met! We knew how good the reviews were and picked The Lastage Inn very carefully but we were still impressed. Matt was an incredible host - very easy to chat to and get along with. He also cooks a mean breakfast and ensures you want for nothing. When we return to Amsterdam, The Lastage Inn will be our choice of accommodation without a shadow of a doubt. I would highly recommend it.
