Residences Centre Area are located at different addresses in Amsterdam and do not have a reception. Please read carefully what the address is of your Skinny Bridge Apartments.

Residences Centre Area will contact you 2 weeks prior to your arrival (via e-mail) to arrange the check-in process. Your private check-in is free of charge until 18.00. A late check in is only possible upon prior confirmation by the hotel and a additional fee of EUR 25. An additional charge of EUR 50 applies for a check-in after 00:00.

Bedlinen, towels, free Wi-Fi, toiletries and 24/7 support are all included.

Please note that the apartments are located in historical buildings without a lift.

Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00. Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees.

Please note that a maximum of 4 people is allowed in the three-bedroom apartment. When the booking is made for 1 family, a maximum of 6 people is allowed.

Please note that guests are required to show the credit card that has been used to guarantee the booking. When guests have booked the reservation with the credit card of a third party, please contact the reservations department of the hotel.

Please note that no linen is provided for the baby bed.
