A spacious and yet cozy apartment on the lowest floor of a charming canal house in the heart of Amsterdam! The apartment is a part of the house of the owners but has its OWN entrance! It’s situated in a very central location and at the same time it's conveniently quiet: it's off the main busy streets of Amsterdam. The 17th-century neighborhood breathes the atmosphere of locality, safety & security. The apartment offers all you need for a comfortable stay and is situated on the widest canal in Amsterdam. There is free WIFI, a smart-TV & a washing machine. There's a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and the toilet is separate. The bedroom is situated in the back of the studio and separated from the living room by a cabinet & curtain. For this double bedroom bed, we've got a medium-soft mattress but also a hard one=available. The 2nd double bed (sleeping couch) is in the living room. There is an extra foldable bed, a baby bed, a high chair & legos are available. The subway is a 5-min walk, the Central Station is 9 minutes away. Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside the house. The house is located in a residential area, so please consider the neighbors.
