Amazing position with a spectacular view. Agent was very helpful. Spacious and had useful amenities, eg. dishwasher and washing machine. Mosquito nets on all windows, plus aircon. Lovely big garden and absolute tranquillity. Well located and very relaxing!

This house is ideal for those who wants to discover the green soul of the island, spending a relaxing holiday in the quiet countryside of Elba, near the beaches of the Paolina or Redinoce and halfway from the village of Procchio and the beautiful Marciana Marina. Villino Mare e Natura is a nice and comfortable apartment in an independent house, of about 90 sqm., and has in front a big sea view terrace, furnished with table and chairs for dining and relaxing. Inside, a spacious and comfortable living room with TV, a spacious kitchen (with oven, fridge with small freezer and dishwasher); a bedroom with a double bed; one bedroom with three single beds; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furnishings are organized and functional, with air condition and free Wi-Fi. Private parking place. To reach the apartment with the car you need to drive along a stretch of dirt road of about 1 km.
