The location of the apartment is really awesome. When sitting on the terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley as far as Porto Azurro and the mountain range. There are jasmin bushes and a BBQ and outdoor shower. At night you can see glowworms (at least when we visited in May). The kitchen is small but nice and the beds are comfortable. Also there is aircon in the sleeping rooms and every is totally clean (spotless). The owners are super friendly and welcoming. There is a separate parking lot for the car nearby and the lot itself is really spaceous. Keep in mind that in the kitchen there is no oven (for pizza for example, only microwave with grill) and the coffee makers are not that good, so we were glad that we brought our own Nespresso machine. The owners live next door but tried really to be invisible. All in all we had a good stay.

“Lo Scoglio” is a completely independent annex of 50 m2, belonging to a villa located in a picturesque area 700 meters from the center of Capoliveri. Of very recent construction and with attention to detail both inside and outside, the structure offers an unforgettable view and maximum comfort. The exterior is large and completely fenced, the large loggia mirroring the living room opens onto a landscape of rare beauty and is equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs; the interior is divided into 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 joinable beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed for a child and a kitchen area. Suitable to satisfy even the most demanding customers, the single-family house stands out for its new and high-quality furnishings, privacy and comfort.
