An amazing villa in 5 minutes to the beach and beautiful view from the window on the landscapes and the sea. Cleanliness and calmness are guaranteed. The owners are so friendly and nice, they have their own bar in the centre of Balestrate, where you can have a delicious breakfast( really the most delicious in the village) I give 10 stars out 10. Thank you a lot. i hope wi will come here again

The apartments are located in a lovely small town, walking distance from the nearest beach. Ideally located for family holidays, well equipped private kitchen and also shared outdoor kitchen. Seating area provided on the terrace and outside patio. Very practical outside shower room and laundry room. The owner surprised us with packed dinner as we arrived late and there was no supermarket open to buy any food. we really enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Villa was quite fresh, well maintained, spacious inside as well as outside area. In kitchen we find cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee machine had coffee tablets, water in a fridge and candies surprise for kids. We were two families with kids and we had everything we needed! We would definitely recommend this villa and would come again!

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the furniture was quite new and the rooms were in very good condition. The yard is very well-groomed, the neighbors have chickens, but there is no smell of them, only the roosters sing for a couple of hours in the morning. But it didn't bother us because we get up early. There was no terrible noise from the road.

Sympatyczni i pomocni właściciele, bardzo czysty, ładny i wygodny apartament z widokiem z tarasu na morze, dostęp do ogrodu, grila i zewnętrznego prysznica, kuchnia wyposażona we wszytko co na wyjeździe potrzebne. W ostatni dzień pobytu, kiedy mieliśmy wymeldowanie, a wracaliśmy dopiero wieczorem, właścicielka zorganizowała nam miejsce na bagaże i przygotowanie się do powrotu, tak, że spędziliśmy tam jeszcze prawie cały dzień. Dziękujemy Vita.

Tutto! Dalla posizione alla bellissima terrazza con vista… un appartamento organizzato molto bene… le docce esterne, le camere la pulizia molto accurata, la vicinanza al paese pur essendo in campagna e tutto il resto! Una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Ottima posizione x visitare i luoghi in zona come la riserva dello zingaro, Trapani,Palermo, Favignana e tutta la zona circostante!!!
