Good apartment for short holiday stay. It's around 15-20 mins of walk to the nearest beach. Balcony has a nice view to the pool and garden, which is great in comparison to some other apartments with direct views to the busy road on the opposite side of the buildings.

We stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is about 10 minutes walks from a lovely beach, and next to a very nice and clean swimming pool. The apartment had a very nice balcony. The place was clean and is child friendly. This place can be considered value for money and is highly recommended for families.

Free shuttle service to the beach, so the lazy kids did not get to walk. Excellent to have a shady parking garage for the car, that does not get heat up as if stored in an open parking space. The kids absolutely loved the pools. There were enough space in the pools, did not get crowded. We always found an empty sunbed to store the blankets while we were in the pool.

Very nice and quiet place, which is much less crowded than center of Caorle. The pool was not very warm but the water was crystal clear. We visited Baia Blue beach which is 700m on foot. You can also get there and back by minibus for free. Sandy beaches are ideal for kids. You can also use there your own sun shade next to the sea. There is a supermarket not far away. The air condition is working well.

Lovely apartment, the kitchen was fully equipped. Pool and the garden were well maintained. Was happy that there was a lift, air con worked well and car parking in underground garage so the car was in cool place. Also windows insect net was in place.

Villaggio Sant'Andrea is a nice residence located in a quiet area not far from the beach. The apartment was nice and tidy, the kitchen well equipped, dishwasher and washing machine were a lifesaver. There is a big pool right in the middle of the village and an additional smaller pool for kids, the beach is just a 5-10min walk (discounts to rent umbrella and chairs at Baia Blu or free beach available). Free parking inside the village. Well-stocked supermarket within easy reach (5min by car). Recommended to families with young kids, might be a bit boring for young travelers, couples or families with older kids.
