Not the usual noisy and crowded building, but an apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house (with 2 apartments) with independent entrance, for 2-5 people (ideal 2), located in a pedestrian, central and quiet area, where birds can be heard in the morning in spring and summer time that frequent the great magnolia. 80 meter walk and you're at the sparkling riviera of Pescara, offering many delicious local sea foods and entertainment. You can use any time you want the courtyard equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation. In the apartment you will find: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the bed room, fan in the kitchen, 2 TVs, one of which is a 55", Wi-Fi Fiber. Bed/bath linen and standard italian breakfast (coffee, tea, croissant,) are also provided (you will find your stay breakfast in the kitchen at the check-in). 2 free public car parks a few meters away.
