Perfect stay from beginning until end . Richard welcomed us with a large smile and a basket full of food & drinks ( fridge included ). The house is located in a very quiet place 500 m from the beach and is very comfortable . Pictures reflect reality. Pool is perfect and clean . Richard is very helpful & fast in case of need . We had a wonderful stay & recommand this location very warmly.

We are an Anglo-Irish couple who fell in love with Puglia and bought Villa Sun Beach as our holiday home when our family was young. Our love of the area grew and our children flew the nest, and so we decided to relocate in 2006. We sold our house and business back home, remodelled Villa Sun Beach and bought additional properties which we have transformed into beautiful holiday rentals for our guests, with many families returning to us year after year and becoming friends in the process. From April when we start taking bookings, until October when we close up for the winter, we dedicate ourselves to making sure that your hard earned and well deserved holiday goes as perfectly as possible and as we live just 10 minutes away from any of our properties, we are always on call if required during your stay. For our guests we can organise extra services such as In-Villa dining, In-Villa Italian cookery lessons, inshore sea fishing and coastal excursions, winery and wine-tasting tours, bicycle hire as well as restaurant recommendations and advise on excursions and attractions, full details of these are in the In-Villa guidebook and also on our website at placeinpuglia

Villa Sun Beach is located just 400 metres from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea and features extensive gardens full of flowering shrubs, palms and many types of mature fruit trees from which you can help yourself to whatever is in season at the time of your holiday. The entrance gates lead to spacious off road parking, walled gardens with terrace areas, veranda and an 8 x 4 metre private pool set into an open sunbathing area with a traditional barbecue, cushioned sun-loungers and shady gazebo for al-fresco poolside dining. Inside, the Villa comprises three airy bedrooms with 2 king size double bedrooms, and 3 singles in the third bedroom. Mattresses are orthopedic & bedrooms have plenty of storage. The Villa satellite TV and a DVD player with access to over 400 titles. Books, boards games and jigsaws are also present. A fitted kitchen has all necessary electrical appliances, and utensils. The large fully tiled bathroom contains a washing machine, with another bathroom located poolside. Free fast WiFi and air-conditioning is included, as is a complimentary well-filled welcome basket with a wide range of food & beverages to help you settle in comfortably on arrival.

The seasonal seaside village of Lendinuso is within an honest 10 minutes walk away and has a a range of restaurants/pizzeria, shops, small supermarkets a wonderful family run bakery and many other amenities necessary for your holiday. Within 5 mins drive are the inland towns of Torchiarolo, Squinzano and San Pietro Vernotico. and most of Puglia's amazing cultural, architectural and historic sights are with an easy hours drive of the Villa. Perfectly located to explore beautiful Puglia where the Italians holiday on the unspoilt Adriatic coastline, Villa Sun Beach is set in the heart of one of Italy's most gastronomic regions, with local wines rightly winning awards across the globe and the most amazing cuisine which draws on local recipes and regional influences to make this region truly a foodies paradise. With 300 days of sunshine a year, the weather should help ensure a great holiday for you whether you want a quiet break away from it all, or just a relaxing family getaway.
