Fantastic location, Villa Suk is just a dream place with a low of privacy despite being within a villa complex (only a few villas were occupied during my stay). The house is big and was very clean, the garden has the most fantastic view you can imagine.

Featuring a seafront location and furnished outdoor areas, Villa Suk offers accommodation in Taormina, 100 metres from the beach and around 400 metres from Isola Bella. Free private parking is available on site. With sea views, the air-conditioned holiday home includes a living room with a satellite TV. A dishwasher, an oven and a microwave can be found in the kitchen. The accommodation is part of a holiday complex with free access to a rocky beach and a shared infinity pool overlooking the sea. A garden and BBQ facilities are also available to guests. Corso Umberto is a 45-minute walk from Villa Suk, while Taormina Cathedral is 2.5 km from the property. Villa Suk is located in a stunning cliff-top position overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world: Isola Bella below Taormina. The property is part of an iconic complex of 24 terraced quality villas designed by the visionary architect Giulio Minoletti. The villa complex boasts a spectacular swimming pool (generally open from mid-May to mid-October) and a fantastic rocky beach where you can swim into emerald blue-green waters, a magical spot to relax and soak up the Sicilian sun.
The villa is on three levels: enter the front door to the main living area, with stylish sitting and dining areas (equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and CD player), and access to the dining area in the garden outside. Off this living area is a small but fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc). Some spiral stairs take you to the first floor which is home to two double bedrooms with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms share a balcony with spectacular sea views. A couple of steps lead up to a separate unit which is home to a third double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower), and to a small roof terrace. The atmosphere and decoration throughout are warm and simple with a retro style and original use of colour. The three bedrooms and the main living area are equipped with heating/air conditioning units. The villa has its own private garden with a breathtaking view over Isola Bella bay. Note: due to the presence of stairs within the villa itself and the villa complex, Villa Suk may not be suitable to people with restricted mobility.
If you can tear yourself away from the peace of Villa Suk, a couple of miles away is the stunning town of Taormina, Sicily’s most famous resort, which is easily reachable by car (10 min drive), bus, taxis or with the help of a panoramic cable car located 15 minutes walk away (this takes you in the centre of Taormina in a couple of minutes). Taormina is ideally located to reach, as daily trips, most parts of Sicily including Mount Etna, Europe's largest active volcano and home to many outdoor activities, the splendid Aeolian Islands (Unesco WH Site), Siracusa and its historical centre Ortigia (Unesco WH Site), and the late baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Ragusa and Scicli (all UNESCO WH sites). The most convenient airport is Catania Airport, 60 km from Villa Suk.
