The first floor opens to a very large living room, with a massive fireplace, a large kitchen with supplemental addition of dish washer and freezer and a service bathroom without tub and shower. On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double beds all furnished with important antique pieces and beds, two bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. Externally you will find a big natural terrace with a spectacular view of the valley and the Lake Trasimeno. A table for breakfasts and dinners is there nearby the path which leads to the swimming pool. Villa Serena and dependence Serenella: An aristocratic villa built during the middle 800 between the enchanting green, and the sacred silence and the infinite valley. Every building is completely independent and has its own access door. The common utilities are the parking lot and the swimming pool. The city of Cortona is less than a kilometre away and is reachable even by walking, while enjoying a marvellous panoramical walk of the valley down below and the Lake Trasimeno.
