Beautiful house in a superb location. The views are breathtaking. The house is wonderfully equipped. Various terraces. Big barbecue. Apart from a small swimming pool -with loungers - there is also a gym (which we did not use as it was too hot). There were a few issues with the house, which were dealt with immediately. A car is absolutely necessary. There are many, many steps on the property: from the car to the house, from the house to the pool Not suitable if you are not sure footed. The Hosts are very kind.

After the automatic access gate, inside the property there are the two available housing units, Villa Ai Galli (Confort Villa with sea view) and Villa La Terrazza (Villa with sea view and Terrace). The two houses are close but completely autonomous and separated from each other, each with its own terraces, its own barbecue and its own parking area. The swimming pool, the play area and the small outdoor Fitness area are instead for common use, usually available to the two housing units at different times to allow greater privacy and social distancing, according to the recently introduced rules. It often happens that guests by mutual agreement ask not to have time slots and prefer to freely share common spaces. From both houses you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Circeo promontory and the Pontine archipelago. Each of the two houses has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a large kitchen.
Me and my wife are both Medical Doctor. I am Full Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at 'Sapienza' University of Rome, and the Chief of ENT Unit at the Public Hospital in Terracina. My wife is an Otolaryngologist too and she works in Rome in the field of rehabilitation of voice and swallow disorders. We rent our property because we are very proud of it. Me and my wife loved Terracina since we were very young. Now we have this property that grows up together with our family. We sincerely consider this place one of the most beautiful places in the world. What makes our villas unique is the spectacular views of the sea, the promontory of Circeo and the Islands, who never get tired of seeing
At a walking distance from our House you can reach the Terracina's most unusual and striking site: the Temple of Jupiter Anxur. The main part of the temple is gone, but the impressive vaulted base can be seen for miles, and no visitor to Terracina should miss a trip to the fascinating hilltop site. From the port of Terracina, Ferries depart for the Pontine Islands every day. The Pontine islands are a pretty archipelago with a long history, attested by Roman ruins and cave-tombs, nevertheless little-known to international tourists. With lots of authentic Italian atmosphere, great views and a range of activities, this is an ideal destination for getting off the beaten track. Sperlonga is a beautiful seaside town, accessible by public transport in half an hour. Whitewashed houses are clustered together on a steep headland, the streets warren-like stairways that bring you to unexpected terraces above the sea. The old town is compact and charming, and a pleasure to explore. Also Gaeta, one of the most beautiful cities in the Lazio region, is easily accessible in less then one hour. Fossanova Abbey is one of the finest examples of Gothic style in Italy. Don't miss it!
