The dream shared in our family has always been to give honor to our dear Villa, tuning up its appearance and opening it to guests who could enjoy those magic breathes a few kilometers away from the coast, at the point where the blue sea gives way to the green hinterland. I am Alessandra and I love the sea having spent also most of my professional life to sell luxorious large yachts. I often describe Villa Pedossa as the mainland that every sailor chases. And my brother and I very much appreciate the efforts and energy that our father and mother made to develop this "Country Escape" and we render to complete their work by organizing the most welcoming, discreetly assisting our guests so that their affective experience is to the place where we had the most carefree moments of our childhood.

Villa Pedossa is in a quiet and secluded but also strategic location in the beautiful Marche hills: just a 10 minute drive from the center of Senigallia, the top destination for carefree holiday of sun, sea, good food, fun, romantic evenings and a little bit of culture, too. The atmosphere is very soft, just like the sand of the mythical nearby "Velvet Beach". Hence the birth of the songs "Sapore di Sale" and "Una Rotonda sul Mare", a building on the sea which animates the evenings with a hint of retro. It is not for coincidence that the International Festival of American Music and Culture of the 50s Summer Jamboree has always been organized here! Villa Pedossa is the ideal starting point to make day tours to the Frasassi caves, the Conero Riviera, to important medieval villages of immense artistic interest (Corinaldo, Mondavio etc), and other hystorical and artistic towns like Urbino, Recanati and Loreto. Or if you prefer, you can simply relax in the huge garden of the Villa with large slightly-salty swimming pool and hot tub! Villa Pedossa is at only 1km from tourist services including two cafes, a grocery as well as a pizzeria and restaurant, also with take-away service.

Villa Pedossa is the ideal place for "Your Country Escape": start the day with a stroll in the rolling Marche hills or on the seaside, enjoy the afternoon relaxing in the huge garden, sunbathing by the pool or at the famous Velvet Beach of Senigallia, which clean sea has been awarded by the Blue Flag, or make a tour to explore the treasures of the region. Have fine dining experiences and fun in the evening. Nearby there are fine beach resorts with swimming pool or well-equipped for families with children, traditional and classy restaurants (2 Michelin-star restaurants as well) and cafes. The Villa is the ideal starting point to have fun in the many attractions, fairs and events of Senigallia; for a drink or dine in its many delightful seaside restaurants or trattorias in the historical centre; for shopping; for naturalistic experiences; for wine tastings in vineyards, tours to cheese factories and oil mills; for walking and cycling in the countryside along trails through fragrant olive, laurel and rosemary bushes; for hiking or horseback riding; for cultural trips to many beautiful medieval villages. The most interesting destinations of Le Marche are at maximum one hour drive!
