Villa Paladino Solunto is a fascinating and enchanting site, a romantic oasis of peace and relax between history and nature.This is an area very rich in history and art, endowed with an extraordinarily luxuriant and varied nature, stunning coastline and magnificent mountains. It is a small complex of 5 suites smartly standing on a lush hill, emerging on the ridge of the wonderful promontory of Monte Catalfano, adjacent to the Archaeological Park of Solunto and the Natural Reserve of Monte Catalfano. You can look at spectacular sunsets on the sea sitting on the benches and deck chairs around the wonderful pool similar to a natural lake in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden. You can also look at Madonie mountains, the Golden Valley, the Gulf of Palermo and Monte Pellegrino too ("The most beautiful promontory of the world", said Goethe, the well known German poet who came in Sicily in 19th century) while swimming in the pool (May-October). I was born in Palermo where I took my degree in Literature and I lived where I lived until a short time ago, when I moved to S.Flavia to directly manage this holiday homes, aimed at funding my husband's scientific research.I love to welcome my guests with the warmth and familiarity that reserves to old friends, advise them the most interesting itineraries and let them spend unforgettable holidays among Sicilian sun, sea, history, art and nature.
