Beautiful apartment with fantastic views of the lake on the first floor of historic villa completely restored. Large kitchen, modern living room with balcony overlooking the lake, quiet and fresh double room. The apartment is located in the village of Limonta. Bellagio down town is 3 km far. About 100 meters you can find a little beach where you can sunbathe or go for a swim in the refreshing waters of the lake. If you want discover the wonderful lake of Como, from the little Limonta harbour, boats leave for the main tourist attractions. The bus stop to Bellagio or Lecco is just a few meters away from the villa, although it's advisable to have a car or a motorcycle as public transport are not very frequent (every two hours) especially in low seasons. The apartment is also recommended for guests who enjoy cycling or for mountain trekking lovers. We usually give to our guests all the freedom they need. During the check-in we show the location and provide a full description of the main attractions. Any question is always welcome and we usually give a phone number and an email to be always on.
Limonta is a very peaceful and relaxing village, neither with traffic nor any parking problem. Bellagio is only 5 minutes away by car, local people are really welcoming, the beach is very close and you cannot miss the fresh seafood of a 50m far restaurant . Lake Como is famous in the world and its amazing villages will let you fall in love: Bellagio, Como, Varenna, etc. The nature and the beautiful villas will leave you stunned. Here we have beautiful mountains with hiking trails and breathtaking views as well as fantastic bike tours. Italian food lovers will find their place: Not far from Limonta local people produce high quality wine, extra virgin olive oil and some local cheese. A small dog and a cat live with us. So we are sorry but we cannot accept other animals in the villa. CIR: 097060-CNI-00024
