Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Villa Liberty B&B offers accommodation in Fano, 900 metres from the sea. The bed and breakfast also offers a garden. Every room comes with air conditioning, minibar and a flat-screen TV. The rooms include a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bath robes, free toiletries and slippers. A one-family small villa laid on two floors, built around the year 1910 in a residential area near the old town of Fano. A thick and high hedge separates it from the open street. Through a carriage gate and a small iron gate one can access a garden equipped with a brick oven, a chimney, little fountains, a marble table, a sunshade, chairs. Cypresses, laurels, pines, olive trees and other essences also adorn this gem of a garden. On the ground floor, the built part of the estate (approx. 200 sqm) displays a large hallway, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with marble floors, a reception/office, a bathroom and a garage. 20 upward steps lead from the hallway to the first floor, which includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace. The couple owning the structure also lives there. Two Junior Suites of 25 m² and a Double Bedroom at the first floor are reserved for our Guests. They can be accessed going up two flights of stairs (20 marble steps). Each of the two Junior Suites is split into three areas: landing, bedroom, bathroom. We provide Guests the '' House-Book " detailing the operation of the house and gives useful information about Fano and surroundings.
Giuseppe await you at Villa Liberty. If you arrive by train, he will gladly come to the station and “give you a lift” home. He used to be teacher in Mathematics and IT. For about 20 years, Giuseppe have also been running a leading tour operator in the Italian villa sector. Treasuring this experience, he is now able to provide hospitality in his own home in the most “relaxed” and customised way. Giuseppe do this with care and also with discretion and with the utmost respect for other people’s autonomy, freedom and privacy. Giuseppe shuts his PC only to go fishing mussels at sea or at the family farmhouse in the countryside outside Fano, mowing the lawn and irrigating the market garden and olive grove. “Raggiola” olive trees, “Leccino” olives, Frantoio olives, “Moraiolo” olives: he is proud to produce little nectar of sublime quality!
Villa Liberty B&B is situated in a residential neighborhood next to the old town. Nearby there are no shops & services; at about 300 m there are: kiosk, discount food, butchers, fruit and vegetables shop, tobacconist, haberdashery shop, bank, phone shop, computer store, fuel station service; at 500 m: neighborhood shopping center with many shops. Hospital, Pharmacy, Police Station and the Church are 300 meters from Villa Liberty; Stadium and Sports Hall are at about 600 m. Fresh fish in the morning of every working day in the loggia of Piazza Andrea Costa (old town) and at the Fishermen Cooperative “Comarpesca” on Lungomare Adriatico (Sassonia seafront). Traditional street market in the old town on the morning of every Wednesday and Saturday. Historical Annual Fair of St. Bartholomew on 24 August. The antique-market is held in the historic center on the second Sunday of each month and the Saturday before it. Important events are: the Carnival of the Adriatic, Fano Jazz by the Sea, the "Fano of the Caesars", the Rossini Opera Festival (in Pesaro).
