Helpful and friendly host (English speaking), who explained with details, how to get to his place. Apartment was very clean, with very comfortable bed. Placed close to bus stops, 8 mins from shops and cafes, very nice view from the window. Equiped with fridge, tv, plates, cups, cutlery, nice hand made towels. Bathroom also very clean, with shower, warm water 24h. Peaceful, "local" part of island, you can hear rooster in the morning:) We are very pleased and fully recommend Casa Morgera!

Casa Morgera is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Panza, village outside Forio. The sun terrace offers views of the sea in the distance. Each room is bright and rustic, with tiled floors and cooling fan. They are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, and some also feature a patio. Panza is a welcoming village of Ischia Island. A chemist, bank and post office are available in the centre. A bus stop is located 60 metres from the villa.

The property is located in Panza in the municipality of Forio and is built within an ancient Ottocentes palace. The house is only 400 mt from the center of Panza and only 50 mt from the bus stop that will allow you to reach the nearest beaches T.Sorgeto 1km Cavagrado 2km Sant'Angelo 3km Citara 3km and La Chiaia 4km San Francesco 5km and many others that I will tell you. The property has been recently refurbished and is furnished with every comfort, bathroom with telephone, in-room fridge, electric coffee maker (tea-coffee maker) in the room, free wi-fi and TV, private parking in site. Also not far away, about a 10-minute walk on foot is the wonderful T. Sorgeto bay, known for its unique natural thermal springs that emerge in the subsoil of Ischia to reach the sea.
