Around the villa there is a large fenced garden equipped with garden furniture, table tennis, small house with barbecue, wood burning oven and sink and a beautiful completely fenced swimming pool (5 x 10m, depth 1,40m). The house has been sensibly and comfortably furnished with period furniture. The road leading to the villa (approx. 1,5 km) is quite steep in parts, however practicable with any type of car. The villa is endowed with solar panels. GROUND FLOOR: Sitting-dining room with kitchen corner, fireplace, sofa and TV, opening out onto large porch equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase double bedroom, double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. All the 5 bedrooms and the sitting-dining room are endowed with wall fans.
